Stir Fried Zucchini and Clams
Corn starch water
Rinse and pat-dry clams. Save the juice.
Fry clams with Shaoxing wine and lime juice until fully cooked. Set aside.
Stir fry zucchini until cooked. Season with sesame oil, clam juice, fish sauce and sugar.
Finally, add cooked clams and thicken the soup with corn flour.
