Thick Sliced Pork Chop with Herbs
Marinate pork chop.
Place herbs, shallots and garlic onto the Korean Barbeque Grill. Saute with a small amount of oil.
Lastly, add pork chop and pan fry until cooked.
Maria's tips: Leave fried prok chop in room temperature for a while in order to lock the juice inside the meat.
