Pan-seared Salmon Steak with Turmeric Mustard Sauce

Rinse the salmon and pat dry. Marinate briefly.
Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Apply onto the salmon. Pan-fry it in the Auto Power Switch Health Cooker at 80ºC.
Sprinkle chopped coriander and lemon zest. Serve with a splash of lemon juice.
