Choy Sum in Savory Soy Milk Soup
Approx. 30 min
Chopped pickled mustard
Dried small shrimps
Deep-fried dough strips
Soak soybeans in water for 4 hours. Put soybeans and water into the Professional High-Speed Food Processor and blend into soy milk using the "Bisque" mode.
Boil soy milk, pickled mustard and dried small shrimps in a saucepan and season.
Add choy sum. Soak until they are cooked. Place everything on a plate and sprinkle with chopped deep-fried dough strips.
Maria's Tips: 1) Use sugar-free soymilk. You can also make it by yourself. 2) The deep-fried dough strips turn soft easily when exposed in the air. Grill them with the Halogen Cooking Pot under the "Pizza" mode so as to make them crispy again.
