Honey Lemon Chicken

Light soy sauce
Marinate chicken thighs and cover with tempura powder. Spray with oil evenly.
Place the chicken on the wire shelf of the Korean Barbeque Grill. Grill at 220C until the chicken turns golden yellow. Leave aside.
Place dried shallots and red onions on the circular grill pan. Add mixed seasonings and create a sauce.
Add chicken thighs and mix with the sauce.
