Steamed Fish Head with Pickled Olives

Rinse fish head and cut into pieces. Chop dried shallots and garlic.
Mix pickled olive, olive vegetables, shredded ginger, shallots and garlic. Apply the mixture onto the fish.
Put water into the Multifunctional Rice Cooker and steam for 10-12 minutes using the "Steam" function.
