Steamed Lamb Racks with Red Dates and Red Yeast Rice

Light soy sauce
Mix marinade with red dates. Apply onto the lamb racks.
Place the lamb racks on top of boiling water inside the IH Pressure Rice Cooker. Steam for 10-15 minutes using the "Steam" function.
