Mix egg yolks, flour and water together.
Heat milk and sugar over low heat with an induction cooker. Add egg yolk mixture and cook until it thickens.
Set batter aside to cool it down. Then smoothen batter with a sifter.
Grease 2 baking cups with butter. Then sprinkle sugar evenly over the inner surface of the cups. Pour out excessive sugar.
Whisk egg whites and 1 tsp of sugar using an egg beater until foam is firm. Add 1 tablespoon of batter (from Step 3) and a drop of vanilla extract into mixture.
Pour mixture into sugared baking cups. Place them on the Low Rack inside Halogen Cooking Pot. Bake at 180°C for 12 min. Serve immediately when done.
