Singaporean Stir Fried Rice Noodles
Red Chili Peppers
Saute dried shallots in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Toss in shrimps, barbequed pork and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Leave aside.
Pour a small amount of oil into the Cooker. Stir fry rice noodles with turmeric powder. Mix well and toss in red chili peppers, Chinese leeks, bean sprouts, spring onions, sesame oil and the fried barbequed pork and shrimps. Keep stiring until everything is cooked.
Place all ingredients onto a plate. Top with shredded eggs.
Maria's Tips: Add corn starch slurry into your egg mixture to easily make a complete omelette.
