Soak the white rice into 200g of water for 3 hours or above. Drain the water and set the rice aside.
Stir fry 100g of taro until tender. Pour in 100g of water and cook for 10 minutes.
Saute the Chinese sausages and dried shrimps. Mix them with the fried taro and switch off the heat.
Put the white rice, 200g of water and 100g of taro into the Tornado Series Professional High Speed Food Processor. Press the "Vegetable" button and blend into rice slurry.
Mix the rice slurry with the sauted Chinese sausages, dried shrimps and taro. Stir well.
Pour the mixture into a cake mold and steam for 40 minutes.
Let the taro cake cool down. Serve.
