Cured Duck Necks
Blanch lean pork. Blanch cured duck necks and chop into pieces.
Put all ingredients into the IH Pressure Rice Cooker. Pour in boiling water, close and lock the lid. Select the "Soup" function.
Open the lid when the steam is fully released. Season with salt.
Maria's Tips: Wait until the water boils before putting in watercress in 2-3 times. This can prevent the vegetables from turning bitter.
