Yellow Croaker and Coriander Soup

Remove scales from the yellow croaker. Rinse and marinate for 5 minutes. Rinse and drain the coriander. Set aside.
Place ginger slices underneath the fish. Grill both sides of the fish with the Korean Barbeque Grill.
Remove the fish head. Put the rest of the fish, celeries, sweetcorns, stock and hot water into the Professional High Speed Food Processor. Select the "Bisque" function.
Season with coriander, salt and pepper. Select the "Bisque" function again and blend once more.
