Tomato Soup with Seafood & Herbs
Stir-fry onion with olive oil until fragrant. Add carrot, celery and potato. Stir-fry until tender.
Add tomato. Stir-fry until watery. Add basil, chicken stock and seasonings. Cook for 50 min.
Pour soup and ingredients into food processor. Press “Bisque” function key. Adjust time to 5 min.
Scald scallops, prawns and fish fillet in hot water. Add a little white wine. Dish up and set aside.
Upon serving, add (4) into soup.
