Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood
Cooked Peanut Oil
Place scallions and ginger onto the plate. Rinse and score the fish. Place it onto the plate.
Put the fish into the Steam Oven on top of the wire shelf. Steam at 115°C for 10 minutes.
Finally, put shredded ginger, scallions, seasoned soy sauce for seafood and cooked peanut oil on top of the fish. Serve.
