Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood2 tbsp
Cooked Oil1 tbsp
Soak the tangerine peels in water. Cut the peels, ginger and scallions into thin strips. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
Devein, rinse and pat dry the abalones. Make a few cuts with a knife on both sides. Arrange the abalones on a plate and put into the Steam Oven. Steam at 100°C for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the tangerine peels, ginger and scallion strips on top. Pour the sauce over the abalones. Serve.
