Bacon Wrapped Enoki Mushrooms

Sectioned Spring Onions
Oyster Sauce/Teriyaki Sauce
Chop off the ends of the enoki mushrooms. Rinse and divide into small bundles. Set aside.
Chop the celery and carrots into thin stripes. Dice the cherry tomatoes.
Roll the celery, carrots, cherry tomatoes, sectioned spring onions and enoki mushrooms with the bacons. Secure with toothpicks.
Heat up the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Pan fry the enoki mushrooms and bacon rolls until golden yellow. Add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce/teriyaki sauce. Serve.
Maria's Tips: 1) Feel free to add ladies' fingers and carrot stripes as ingredients. 2) Seasoning is not essential due to the use of bacons. If there is a lack of flavour, feel free to season with teriyaki sauce.
