Steps
1.
Mix the sauce ingredients using the 6-in-1 Hand Blender to create the sauce.
2.
Bring water to a boil in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Put in the udon.
3.
When a desirable softness is achieved, remove the udon from the Cooker and put it into ice water. Serve with the sauce.
