Honey Pork Ribs with Olive

Rinse the spareribs and pat dry with kitchen towels. Coat with egg mixture.
Heat up oil in the IH Pressure Rice Cooker. Deep fry the spareribs and set aside.
Pour away the oil. Saute garlic and olive in the Rice Cooker using the "Grill" function with its lid open. Toss in the spareribs. Stir until they are covered with garlic and olive.
Lastly, add honey and stir briefly. Serve.
