Chili Bean Sauce
Mix the ingredients with the 6-in-1 Hand Blender to create the sauce.
Rinse the fish. Remove the internal organs. Do not scale the fish.
Coat the fish with salt. Marinate for up to one night.
Steam the fish in the 2-in-1 Steam Oven until fully cooked.
Let cool and serve with the sauce.
Maria's Tips: If the fish is scaled, mix sugar and salt with water and put the marinade into a vacuum zipper bag with the fish. Marinate for up to one night.
