Stir Fried Water Spinach with Dried Shrimps and Minced Pork

Steps
1.
Dice the dried shrimps. Cut the chili peppers into strips.
2.
Mince the pork in the Tornado Series Professional High Speed Food Processor.
3.
Select the [Stir-Fry] mode on the Automatic IH Stir Fryer. Press [Start].
4.
Heat up the oil. Saute the dried shrimps, minced pork and chili pepper strips with chili bean sauce.
5.
Put in the water spinach. Stir fry until tender.
