Mango and Cheese Snow Skin Mooncakes

Snow Skin Mooncake Mix
Blend the fillings ingredients using the Professional High Speed Food Processor. Chill in the fridge overnight.
Cook the snow skin mooncake mix with water until it melts. Leave in room temperature. Let it cool to create the mooncake dough.
Divide and shape the fillings into balls.
Divide the dough into small portions. Shape each portion into a ball, then roll it out.
Wrap the fillings with the dough. Shape into balls again.
Sprinkle a small amount of flour into the mooncake mould. Put in the dough balls and shape them into snow skin mooncakes.
