Shrimp and Green Mango Salad
Less than 30 min
Blanch the shrimps. Set aside.
Zest and juice the lime.
Peel the green mango. Shred the pulp with the 6-in-1 Hand Blender.
Dice the dried shrimps. Saute them using the Korean Barbeque Grill.
Mix the sauce ingredients with the 6-in-1 Hand Blender. Then, mix the sauce with the lime zest as well as other ingredients. Serve.
Maria's Tips: 1) Rinse the shrimps with cold water after blanching to make them crunchier. 2) Bake the pine nuts to make them fragrant.
