Cheesy Strawberry Bites
Approx. 30 min
Cut off the top of the strawberries. Remove the pulp at the centre. Set aside.
Heat and melt the cream cheese using hot water.
Add egg yolks and sugar. Blend quickly using the 6-in-1 Hand Blender. Remove from the hot water and let cool.
After the cream cheese cools completely, mix with whipping cream.
Put the fillings into a piping bag. Chill in the fridge.
Squeeze the fillings into the strawberries. Serve.
