Scallop & Egg White Fried Rice

Dried Scallops50 g
Spring Onions30 g

Soak and shred the dried scallops. Chop the spring onions.
Select the [Stir-Fry] mode on the Automatic IH Stir Fryer. Set the temperature to level 7 and time 1 minute. Press [Start].
Heat up the oil. Put in the egg whites. Stir fry for 1 minute. Pour out and set aside.
Adjust the timer to 5 minutes. Heat up oil again and put in the steamed rice.
In the last minute, add the seasonings, egg whites and dried scallops. Fry until fragrant and dry. Garnish with spring onions. Serve.
