Egg and Potato Salad

Granulate the celery.
Put the potatoes in the lower basket of the Jet Steamer. Insert the upper basket (including the rack). Thenplace the eggs in the upper basket, cover the lid and steam for 10 minutes.
Take out the eggs. Close the lid and continue to steam the potatoes for another 10 minutes.
Let the eggs cool down. Remove the shells and granulate.
Peel the potatoes. Let them cool down. Mash half of them and granulate the other half. Mix all potatoeswith the egg cubes and celery.
Mix with the seasonings. Sprinkle mixed herbs on top. Serve right away or after refrigeration.
