Stir-fried Noodles with Soy Sauce
Thin Egg Noodles
Bean Sprouts100 g
Shredded Scallion50 g
Yellow Leek50 g
White Sesame SeedsA Pinch
Vegetable Oil1 tsp
Premium Light Soy Sauce1 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce1/2 tbsp
Sesame OilTo Taste
Scald the noodles for 30 seconds. Rinse with cold running water. Drain.
Combine all seasonings in a bowl.
Select the [Stir-Fry] mode of the Automatic IH Stir Fryer. Set the temperature to level 7 and time to 5 minutes. Press [Start].
Heat up the oil. Add the cooked noodles.
3 minutes later, pour in the remaining ingredients and seasonings.
Pour out on a plate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Done.
To make fresh homemade egg noodles: Add 200 g of bread flour, 2 eggs, a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp of cooking oil into Noodle Maker. Set time to 7 minutes. When a dough is formed, press the“Extrude”button and you will get fresh noodles almost instantly.
