Drunken Chicken with Dried Sweet Plums

Dried Sweet Plums50 g
Dried Shallots8 Cloves
Spring Onions8 pc
Light Soy SauceTo Taste
Shaoxing Wine200 ml
Corn StarchTo Taste
Oyster SauceTo Taste
Plum WineTo Taste
Debone the chicken. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Cook the dried sweet plums with water for 30 minutes using the 2-in-1 Steam Oven. Set aside.
Grill the boneless chicken with the 2-in-1 Steam Oven until golden brown.
Saute dried shallots, spring onions and garlic in the Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker. Put in the dried sweet plum sauce as well as the chicken. Reduce the sauce on low heat.
Chop the chicken into pieces. Pour the sauce over. Serve.
