Sweet Fermented Glutinous Rice
Glutinous Rice Flour
Wash and peel pumpkin. Cut into pieces. Put inside Professional High-Speed Food Processor. Add 800ml water and press “Bisque” button. Set aside.
Gradually mix rice flour with hot water in a large bowl. Knead into a dough until it is smooth. Rub dough into 1 cm large rice balls.
Boil rock sugar and water in a saucepan. Cook rice balls until they float to the water surface. Stir in fermented glutinous rice and pumpkin puree. Done.
