Ginger Milk Curd

Protein-Rich Semi-Skimmed Milk100 ml
Old Ginger Juice1 tbsp
Rock Sugar10 g
Mince the ginger with the Professional High Speed Food Processor.
Sieve the minced ginger. Pour out the ginger juice. Set aside.
Pour the milk into the Cordless Temperature Control Health Kettle. Select 70°C. Keep stiring when the milk is being heated. Lift the kettle up from its power base occasionally.
Add rock sugar into the milk. Stir the ginger juice well and pour into a bowl.
Pour the warm milk into the bowl. Cover with a lid and let it set for 5 minutes.
