Fish and Tofu Soup

Carp (head removed)½ pc
Tofu (diced)1 pc
Spring Onions4 pc
Chicken Stock200 ml
Grill the carp using the 2-in-1 Steam Oven until cooked. Alternatively, pan sear both sides of the fish (without adding oil). Steam the tofu using the 2-in-1 Steam Oven until cooked.
Put all ingredients and seasonings (except the tofu) into the Professional High Speed Food Processor.
Select the highest speed and blend for 8 minutes.
Put the tofu into the fish soup. Serve.
1) The fish head, organs and other inedible parts have to be removed. 2) Make sure fish bones are blended thoroughly into a smooth consistency before consuming.
