Lobster Tail with Herbs & Butter
Lobster Tail1 pc (approx. 500 g)
Salad Greens (chopped)To Taste
Mixed Herbs (optional)To Taste
Bay Leaves3-4 pc
Lemon Leaves5-10 pc
Lemon (chopped)½ pc

"Put the butter in a small container. Cover it with plastic wrap.
In a large bowl, pour in water and ice cubes.
Spread the leaves evenly on the Steam Rack inside Steam Hotpot Cooker. Place the lobster top. Put in the butter container on the same level. Cover the lid and steam at level 4 for 14 minutes.
When the lobster is cooked, immediately soak it into the ice water.
Cut the shell along the centre of the back. Lay on a plate together with salad greens, lemon wedges and melted butter. Sprinkle herbs and salt on top and serve.
