Thai Grilled Steak
Less than 30 min
Sirloin steak3/4-inch thick
Coriander leaf (chopped)2 branches
Mint leaf (chopped)10 pc
Olive oilTo taste
Fish sauce1 tbsp
Lime juice2 tbsp
Shallot (sliced)2 pc
Rest steak in room temperature. Pat it dry with kitchen paper towel. Season steak with salt, pepper, and a bit olive oil.
Grill steak with 3D Infrared Korean Barbecue Grill until brown. Flip to and grill another side. Rest for 10 minutes and slice.
Mix sauce ingredients. Toss the mixture with beef. Garnish with coriander and mint leaves. Serve.
