Put sesame & rice grain in Halogen Cooking Pot or toaster oven. Toast at 205°C & 235°C for 30 min.
Pour sesame, toasted rice grain and water into Professional High-Speed Food Processor. Press “Soy Milk” button and set time to 8 min.
When it counts down to 2 min, add sugar & milk through the small opening on the lid (keep the unit running). Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve when hot.
Toasted rice grains help to thicken the texture of this dessert. Substitute sesame seeds with other nuts to create various Chinese desserts such as sweet walnut soup, cashew soup, almond soup, peanut soup, etc.
