Mixed Berry Cream Tarlets
Butter (Room Temp.)
Put wheat biscuits into Professional High-Speed Food Processor. Select “Nuts” function and blend until biscuits are finely crushed. Stir with a tamper from time to time.
Transfer crushed biscuit into a large bowl. Fold in flour, butter and egg. Knead mixture. Divide dough into 6 portions.
Press dough onto molds. Poke some holes and place them inside Halogen Cooking Pot. Bake for 10 min at 250°C.
Remove tart crust from molds. Squeeze whipped cream and arrange berries on top. Refrigerate tartlets for 1 hr. Serve.
