Fish-shaped Sticky Rice Cake

glutinous rice flour300g
wheat flour 15g
coconut cream 200ml
condensed milk 15g
oil 3-5 drops food colour (red) 25m
koi fish cake mould (3-4 fishes for each) 2 pc
Turn on the Auto-Power Switch Multi-functional Health Cooker, select'Boil' function. Add sugar, coconut cream and condensed milk. Cook until sugar is dissolved. Add water and oil. Mix well. Remove and let cool.
Sift glutinous rice flour and wheat flour. Add into the sugar mixture which has been cooled to around 70°C. Mix well with the Electric Hand Mixer (with Stirrer). Take a small amount of dough, add food colouring and mix well.
Brush koi fish mould with a little oil. Put the red dough at the back and the tail.
Put white dough inside koi fishy mould. Turn on the Jet Steamer, and steam for 60 minutes. Serve.
For a visually appealing fish pattern, use red pepper colouring additives.
