Stuffed Almond-Coated Meatball
Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
Marinate pork with salt & pepper. Stir in one direction until sticky. Shape into meatballs. Stuff a cheese cube in each meatball. Roll into ball shape.
Cover the meatballs with corn starch. Coat with whisked egg and then almond flakes. Brush surface with olive oil.
Place High Rack in Halogen Cooking Pot. Put meatballs in place. Bake for 10 min at 200°C. Turn over and bake for another 5 min. Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
