Ingredients (Yield: 6-8 pies)
2 green apples
10g unsalted butter
2g brown sugar/sugar
3 tbsp apple jam
1 pack frozen puff pastry Cinnamon powder to taste
Preheat the Multi-Purpose Halogen Cooking Pot to 220℃. Peel and core apples. Dice finely.
Turn on the Auto-Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker and select “Boil” function. Melt the butter. Add apples and sugar. Cook briefly until tender. Remove and pour into the Professional High-Speed Food Processor. Add jam and blend into puree.
）Flatten puff pastry with rolling pin to 5mm on a surface with flour and icing sugar. (This step can be skipped if using filo pastry).
Draw desired pattern on baking paper. Cut pastry to required shape. Put about 1 tbsp of apple puree on top and sprinkle with cinnamon powder. Fold into desired shape.
Use the Multi-Purpose Halogen Cooking Pot to bake at 200℃ for 20-25 minutes until golden. Serve.
