Honey-Glazed Egg Crackers
Mix flour, sugar and egg in a large bowl. Add oil and water and knead into a dough. Let sit for 20 min.
Sprinkle flour on counter top. Roll out dough into 1mm thin sheet with a rolling pin. Trim 4 sides, and cut it into 3cm by 8cm rectangles.
Stack 2 rectangles together. Cut a line at the center. Put one end of the rectangles through the cut, and form a bow tie. Brush oil on both sides. Arrange bow ties on Baking Plate.
Preheat Halogen Cooking Pot at 250-260°C for 2 min. Put Baking Plate over High Rack and bake for 2 min.
Remove Baking Plate. Arrange egg crackers directly on High Rack. Set to 180°C and bake for 5 min. Turn over and brush another layer of oil. Bake 2 min until golden brown. Drizzle honey or syrup on top and serve.
