Steamed Egg Custard

Spring onion (chopped)to taste
Whisk eggs and chicken stock together, pour into connected container, seal with clingwrap.
Place steamer insert in cooker. Place container on insert, close cooker lid and steam for 20 minutes.
Take out, sprinkle on spring onion, and serve.
