Tofu Stuffed with Minced Pork
Approx. 30 min
Spring Onion (finely chopped)to taste
Light soy sauce2 tbsp
Sesame oilto taste
Soak shitake mushroom till softened, finely dice.
Add seasoning to minced pork, mix well. Mix in mushroom, set aside.
Cut tofu into slices, dry with kitchen paper. Use small spoon to scoop a shallow dent in the middle, stuff in minced pork. Place tofu in container.
Place in Bento Steam Cooker, close lid and steam for 15 minutes.
