Steamed Chicken with Shitake mushroom

Chicken thigh (deboned)200g
Spring Onion (julienne)to taste
Light soy sauce1 tsp
Garlic (minced)to taste
Shaoxing wine1/2 tbsp
Chicken powder1/2 tsp
Soak mushroom till softened, wash and drain well, cut into thin slices.
Dice up chicken meat, add in seasoning, mix well and let marinate for 20 minutes.
Place chicken meat into container, add in mushroom and mix well.
Place container into Bento Steam Cooker, close lid and steam for 25 minutes. Sprinkle on spring onion and serve.
