Steamed Luffa with Garlic and Vermicelli

Luffa melon1/2 stalk
Vermicelli1 small bundle
Baby cabbage2-3 leaves
Garlic (minced)to taste
Light Soy sauceto taste
Soak vermicelli in hot water till softened, rinse well and cut into appropriate lengths.
Wash luffa, peel off skin and drain well.
Place baby cabbage evenly at the bottom of container. Layer on vermicelli.
Cut luffa into pieces, place on top of vermicelli and add on minced garlic.
Place container in Bento Steam Cooker, close lid and steam for 13 minutes. When done, drizzle on soy sauce and serve.
