Basque Burnt Cheese Cake

Cream Cheese (softened in room temp)250 g
Whipping Cream110 ml
Cake Flour (sifted)20 g
Preheat oven at 200°C. Line a 6-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Beat the cream cheese. Add sugar and mix well.
Whisk in the eggs (one at a time). Add the cream and stir well.
Fold in the sifted flour until well combined. Pour into the baking pan through a strainer. Tap on the table to remove bubbles.
Bake in the Air Fryer at 200°C for 30 min.
Increase the temperature to 220°C and bake for another 5-10 min until it reaches the desired brownness. (Skip this step if you don't want the surface to be too burnt)
Remove from Air Fryer. Let cool and then refrigerate overnight. Done
