Steamed Chicken with Mushrooms, Black Fungus and Cordyceps Flower

Chicken (Sectioned)Half (About 300 g)
Black Fungus50 g
Cordyceps Flower30 g
Ginger (Shredded)2 Slices
Light Soy Sauce1 Tbsp
Sesame Oil1 Tsp
Cut chicken into 1- to 2-inch pieces. Mix the marinade and marinate chicken for half an hour.
Layer the food container with black fungus, put marinated chicken on it, and top with mushrooms, ginger threads and cordyceps flower.
Pre-heat the Bento Steam Cooker for 3-6 minutes, when steam starts to emerge from the top. Use ‘Steam’ mode to steam for 15 minutes. Serve.
