Chicken with Ginseng and Wolfberry Soup

Scald the chicken for 2-3 minutes, then rinse under water to wash away the blood and dirt. Dry it and set aside.
Wash the ginseng, wolfberry and date for later use.
Put the chicken, ginseng, wolfberry and date into the Electronic Healthy Slow Cooker. Then, add ginger, salt, rice wine and water to the cooker together.
Simmer with high mode. Serve hot.
