Mix water, yeast and olive oil together and then set aside for a few minutes until the mixture starts to bubble. Put bread flour and salt into the Food Processor. Select the "Dough" function. Add the yeast mixture into the Food Processor while blending. Then, select "Dough" again and blend for the second time. Place the dough into a lightly oiled bowl. Cover with a plastic wrap and let sit for 30 minutes until doubled in size.
