My new oven has an odour. Is it normal? How to remove it?
When the oven is used for the first time, insulation materials or heating elements may release an odour. It is a normal phenomenon. To eliminate the odour, adjust the cook temperature to 250°C and let the oven run for 45 minutes with its door open.
Water droplets are found in the cavity of the Built-In Oven. Do I have to call for repair service?
You may find condensation in the oven cavity and between the layers of glass on the oven door. This is not a defect and does not require a repair.
Steam and condensation is a natural by-product of cooking any food with high water content, such as frozen food. Do not leave food in the oven for an extended time after cooking. Also, use a container with lid can reduce the formation of condensation.
