Excellent Performance with Incredible Durability

Heavy Gauge Stainless Steel Inner Tank

The Japanese heavy gauge stainless steel inner tank ensures an operation free of rust, corrosion, deformity and leakage.

High Thermal Efficiency

The prime quality stainless steel heating element with built-in thermal cut-out ensures maximum thermal efficiency and safety.

Stable Temperature

The quality thermostat provides automatic temperature control to ensure constant water temperature and save energy. Temperature can be set to as high as 85°C.

Constant Water Pressure

The operation is not affected by water pressure. Hot water can be provided as long as there is a supply of cold water.

Water & Energy Saving Aerated Showerhead

Tailor-made for Rapid Fast Flow Electric Water Heaters, the new water-saving aerator showerhead slashes up to 70% of the water consumed by a traditional 6-gallon water heater. The innovative Air Jet Compression Technology increases water discharge to a rate that is comparable to a massaging jet (8L/min), resulting in a lasting showering experience without compromising showering comfort.

Unique Aerator Switch

Air is drawn through the air hole to increase water pressure, bringing you the most comfortable showering experience with reduced water consumption.

Air Jet Compression Technology

The innovative Air Jet Compression Technology delivers showering comfort comparable to a massaging jet at 8L/min.

Adjustable Showerhead Holder

The flexible holder can be adjusted in different angles, allowing easy placement.

10-Year Warranty for the Inner Tank *

All GPN series water heaters come with a quality passport with 10-year warranty for the inner tank * and 1-year warranty for electrical parts.

* The inner tank warranty only applies to the replacement of inner tanks of storage water heaters. Additional service charges on testing, transportation and labour may apply.

Economical & Energy Efficiency

Pollution Free

The GPN water heater produces no gas pollutants during the water heating process. Its operation is absolutely free of toxic substances and colour.

Energy Saving

The injected polyurethane foam provides maximum insulation to the water tank. Also, GPN water heaters are compliant to the “1st Class Energy Efficiency Label”.

Safe & Reliable

To prevent electricity leakage, the water heater comes with an earthing system and all electrical parts are insulated. The drip-proof and splash-proof design also ensure safety.

FAQ

Why does hot water drip off from the showerhead after my Rapid Fast Flow Electric Water Heater-Shower Type (GPNB-6SSL) is turned off?
This is absolutely normal because this water heater is unvented-type. Due to thermal expansion, small amount of water may drip off from the showerhead when the inner tank temperature is very high.
There is leakage from my Storage Water Heater (Shower Unit). How to fix it?
Check the location of leaking. There is leaking at the bottom of heater:
  1. If water dripping from the inlet, outlet and the bottom edge, inspection should be arranged for repairs.
There is water dripping from the shower head:
  1. It's normal when water is being heat up.
  2. Inspection should be arrange when power is off.
There is water dripping from water tap:
  1. Inspection should be arranged for repairs.
There is no hot water supply from Storage Water Heater (Shower Unit) after water shortage. Why?
Water in tank will flow away along pipe during water shortage. When water supply resumes, turn on hot water tap and let waer flows through the shower head before switching on the power. The heating element would be damaged if it is not submerged under water.
There is no hot water supply. What should I do?
Check power supply: Restart the power if there is a short circuit of electric box. f the Power Switch (Cooker Switch) doesn't light, customer should contact a professional for an inspection and repairs. If the Power Switch (Cooker Switch) lights but the indicator light doesn't, inspection should be arranged for repairs. Under normal operation, hot water supply is only available after the indicator light goes out.
Why the water comes out cold and hot from my Storage Water Heater (Shower Unit)?
Abnormal pressure of incoming water.
Why is there water dripping from the shower head?
GPN (Shower Unit Type) Water Heater releases its internal heat and pressure through its shower head. When steam passes through the shower head with cooler air, it will form water drops.
How to make my water heater last longer?
"
  1. Avoid boiling water without interval.
  2. Adjust the Thermostat to 2 1/2.
  3. To stabilize water pressure, pressure regulator can be installed if the water pressure is higher than normal.
"
My water heater works perfectly during summer time. However, when winter comes or whenever the tempe
  1. We normally want our running water to be hotter during cold weather. Higher water temperature implies more electric power is needed by the water heater to heat up the water.
  2. Incoming water temperature in winter is 15°C lower than summer in average. Even when the desired water temperature remains the same as summer time, the water heater still requires a larger amount of power.
  3. When heater is in use, cold water continueously flows into the tank to refill it. Since that the incoming water in winter is considerably colder than summer, the water temperature inside the tank drops at a faster speed. Thus, hot water is used up quicker in winter than summer even if water consumption remains the same. In order to choose a suitable water heater, it is suggested that you take your winter usage into account when purchasing a water heater.
When should I install the Pressure Reducing Valve?
The installation of Pressure Reducing Valve is suggested when water pressure is higher than 72.5 pounds.
Is it able to replace the inner core if there is leaking of Mixer? How much?
Whole set of Mixer should be replaced if your water heater is former model with Black Mixer and Single Level Mixer as well. It costs $60 for water heater with silver Knob Mixer.
