Spicy Shredded Chicken and Bean Jelly Sheet

Bean Jelly Sheet
Coriander
Chicken Pieces
Marinade:
Salt
Pepper
Shaoxing Wine
Sauce:

Steps:
1.
Slice the ginger and bean jelly sheet. Shred the coriander.
2.
Mix the sauce ingredients to create the spicy sauce.
3.
Marinate the chicken pieces briefly.
4.
Put the chicken pieces with ginger slices into the 2-in-1 Steam Oven. Steam for 15 minutes.
5.
Shred the chicken with your hands. Mix with the bean jelly sheet and the sauce. Sprinkle with coriander. Serve.
