Stir Fried Shrimps with Salted Egg Yolk

Ingredients:
Shrimps
15pc
Chili Peppers
1pc
Salted Egg Yolk
3pc
Butter
30g
Seasonings:
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Steps:
1.
Steam the salted egg yolk in the 2-in-1 Steam Oven until fully cooked. Shred and set aside.
2.
Blanch the shrimps until half cooked. Sprinkle seasonings on top.
3.
Select the [Stir-Fry] mode on the Automatic IH Stir Fryer. Set the temperature to level 7 and time 3 minutes. Press [Start].
4.
Heat up the butter and saute the salted egg yolk until bubbles are formed.
5.
Put in the shrimps and stir fry until fully cooked.
Tips:
Maria's Tips: Rinse the shrimps with cold water after blanching to make them chewy.
